There is no “one size fits all” approach to helping people look and feel better. Becky
works closely with her clients to develop programs that increase strength,
flexibility, aerobic capacity, reduce body fat, and most importantly, improve self-
image and confidence. The workout programs are catered to address your needs.
A great fitness program is life changing— the right personal trainer is essential.
When you look and feel better, people’s perception of you will also change. An active
body together with a disciplined mind results in an overall positive change.
Each session is 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour in length
Becky can train you in your home, at Lake Hefner or Mitch Park, or at your place of
business.
